PLEASE NOTE
All items are handmade, therefore, there may be very slight variations in the size and colour as seen in the pictures. Each item is made with care.
All items are made to order, so please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for your order to be sent out.
MAKING AN ORDER

Ready to order? Please use the Order Form to submit your order by clicking into any product and pressing on the "Order Now" button at the bottom of the page. If you have any inquiries, please contact us prior to submitting this form. We will contact you regarding the order within 1-7 days of receiving your response.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Feeling inspired? Custom orders are welcome! This includes anything new that inspires you and any new colour options for existing products.

SHIPPING

If the size of your order is small enough, you will have the option of untracked shipping through regular mail. Because any issues regarding your orders sent via Canada Post are out of our control, we will not be held liable for any “lost” orders that may occur via untracked mailing. In the case that an individual does not receive their order, no replacement or refund will be provided.
Tracked shipping is insured by us to protect the customer from problems that may occur while the order is in-transit. By choosing the tracked shipping option, the customer may be eligible for a full refund if there are issues before the item is delivered.
*The cost of shipping is unique to each order as it depends upon the size of the item being shipped and whether you choose to have the item tracked or untracked. After you fill out the order form, we will be notifying you of this cost prior to the confirmation of your order.

RETURN POLICY
All items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment is done through etransfer. Once we have personally confirmed your order with you, please proceed to submit payment by emailing littlebirdmacrame@gmail.com within 24 hours, unless otherwise specified. Orders will not be fulfilled prior to receiving the correct payment.

Our string is made from 100% cotton, the coloured cord is recycled cotton. Our packaging is eco-friendly as well! Our suppliers are all Canadian as we love to support fellow Canadians in this industry and lessen our eco-footprint.
